# Skills

A skill is a set of instructions that tells an agent how to do one kind of work, for example how to write your weekly ads report.

## See your skills

1. In the sidebar, click **Customize**, then **Skills**.

2. Click **Hyper** for the skills that Hyper writes, or **Workspace** for your own.

## Add your own skill

Ask an agent in a chat.

Create a skill for our weekly Meta ads report. Compare spend, CPA, and ROAS with the week before, name the 3 best and the 3 worst ads, and end with 2 changes to test.
```

The skill is then on the **Workspace** tab. A plugin can also add skills: see [Plugins](https://hyperfx.ai/docs/customize/plugins.md).
