# Google Search Console

> Set up and use the Google Search Console integration with Hyper AI

## Connect Google Search Console

1. Go to Settings → Apps in Hyper
2. Select Google Search Console → Connect New
3. Complete OAuth and select the property to connect

## Common capabilities

* Monitor search performance and keyword rankings
* Optimize SEO and track website visibility
* Analyze click-through rates and impressions

## Use in Chat

Enable Google Search Console in the tool selector. Ask your agent for search performance reports, keyword analysis, or SEO insights.

## Use in Agents

Add Google Search Console to an agent's toolkits and select the connection.

## Use in Flows

Automate SEO monitoring, keyword tracking, and search performance reporting using Google Search Console action nodes.

## Troubleshooting

* No data returned: verify the correct property is selected and verified
* Permission errors: re-authorize with required scopes

## Available Actions

Hyper agents can run the following actions for this integration. Each action can be individually set to **Enabled**, **Requires Approval**, or **Disabled** in your agent's toolkit settings.

Actions can be set to one of three control states:

| State                 | Behavior                                                       |
| --------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Enabled**           | Agent runs the action automatically                            |
| **Requires Approval** | Agent pauses and waits for your confirmation before proceeding |
| **Disabled**          | Action is blocked and cannot be used                           |

Configure these in the agent's toolkit settings or in workspace defaults.

| Action               | Description                                                                                                                                                          |
| -------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Delete Sitemap       | Remove a sitemap from Google Search Console. Use this when a sitemap is no longer needed or has been moved to a new location                                         |
| Get Performance Data | Retrieve search analytics and performance data from Google Search Console for a verified site. Get metrics like clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position       |
| Get Sitemap          | Get detailed information about a specific sitemap including submission date, processing status, errors, and warnings                                                 |
| List Sitemaps        | List all sitemaps for a verified site in Google Search Console. See submission dates, errors, and warnings for each sitemap                                          |
| List Sites           | List all verified sites/properties in your Google Search Console account. Use this to discover which sites you have access to before querying their performance data |
| Submit Sitemap       | Submit or update a sitemap to Google Search Console. Use this after adding or updating content to help Google discover and index your pages                          |
| Submit Url           | Submit a URL to Google Search Console for indexing. Use this to notify Google when you've added new content or updated existing pages                                |
