# QuickBooks Online

> Set up and use the QuickBooks Online integration with Hyper AI

## Connect QuickBooks Online

1. Go to Settings → Apps in Hyper
2. Select QuickBooks Online → Connect New
3. Complete OAuth and choose the correct company/realm

## Common capabilities

* Read and create invoices, customers, and transactions
* Generate summaries and export to Sheets/Drive

## Use in Chat/Agents/Flows

Enable the tool, then build reconciliation and reporting workflows across systems.

## Troubleshooting

* Wrong realm: reconnect and select the intended company
* Scope errors: reauthorize with required accounting scopes

## Available Actions

Hyper agents can run the following actions for this integration. Each action can be individually set to **Enabled**, **Requires Approval**, or **Disabled** in your agent's toolkit settings.

Actions can be set to one of three control states:

| State                 | Behavior                                                       |
| --------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Enabled**           | Agent runs the action automatically                            |
| **Requires Approval** | Agent pauses and waits for your confirmation before proceeding |
| **Disabled**          | Action is blocked and cannot be used                           |

Configure these in the agent's toolkit settings or in workspace defaults.

| Get Customer     | Get a QuickBooks customer by ID    |
| Get Invoice      | Get a QuickBooks invoice by ID     |
| Search Customers | Search for customers in QuickBooks |
| Search Invoices  | Search for invoices in QuickBooks  |
| Search Items     | Search for items in QuickBooks     |
