# Zapmail

> Set up and use the Zapmail integration with Hyper AI

## Connect Zapmail

1. Go to Settings → Apps in Hyper
2. Select Zapmail → Connect New
3. Provide your Zapmail API key or credentials

## Common capabilities

* Automate email sending and tracking
* Manage follow-up workflows
* Monitor email delivery and engagement

## Use in Chat

Enable Zapmail in the tool selector. Ask your agent to send emails or check delivery status.

## Use in Agents

Add Zapmail to an agent's toolkits and select the connection. Mark sensitive actions (send email) as "requires approval."

## Use in Flows

Automate email sending, tracking, and follow-up sequences using Zapmail action nodes.

## Troubleshooting

* Emails not sending: verify API key and sender settings
* Delivery issues: check email deliverability and domain configuration

## Available Actions

Hyper agents can run the following actions for this integration. Each action can be individually set to **Enabled**, **Requires Approval**, or **Disabled** in your agent's toolkit settings.

Actions can be set to one of three control states:

| State                 | Behavior                                                       |
| --------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Enabled**           | Agent runs the action automatically                            |
| **Requires Approval** | Agent pauses and waits for your confirmation before proceeding |
| **Disabled**          | Action is blocked and cannot be used                           |

Configure these in the agent's toolkit settings or in workspace defaults.

| Add Dns Record          | Add a DNS record to a domain. Supports A, CNAME, MX, TXT and other record types                           |
| Assign Mailboxes        | Assign new mailboxes to a domain. Specify count and optionally provide first/last names for the mailboxes |
| Check Dns               | Check DNS records for a domain to verify proper configuration                                             |
| Connect Domain          | Connect a new domain with Zapmail for email management                                                    |
| Create Workspace        | Create a new Zapmail workspace with a specified name and service provider (GOOGLE or MICROSOFT)           |
| Delete Dns Record       | Delete a DNS record from a domain                                                                         |
| Get Authenticator Code  | Get the authenticator code for a mailbox (2FA code)                                                       |
| Get Dns Records         | Get all DNS records for a domain                                                                          |
| Get Mailbox             | Get details of a specific mailbox by its ID                                                               |
| Get Nameservers         | Get the nameservers required to connect a domain with Zapmail                                             |
| Get User                | Get the current Zapmail user details including email and account information                              |
| Get Wallet Balance      | Get the current wallet balance for the Zapmail account                                                    |
| List Assignable Domains | List domains that can have new mailboxes assigned to them                                                 |
| List Domains            | List all domains in the Zapmail account                                                                   |
| List Mailboxes          | List all mailboxes in Zapmail. Can filter by domain and paginate results                                  |
| List Subscriptions      | List all active subscriptions in the Zapmail account                                                      |
| List Workspaces         | List all Zapmail workspaces in the account                                                                |
| Remove Domain           | Remove an unused domain from Zapmail                                                                      |
| Remove Mailboxes        | Remove mailboxes immediately. This permanently deletes the specified mailboxes                            |
| Update Mailbox          | Update a mailbox's first name and/or last name                                                            |
