The upstream question for product, content, and paid is the same: what do people actually care about right now? What are they asking for, what's breaking for them, and where are they already hunting for better tools or "AI for X" solutions? If you can see those patterns early, you get a head start on what to build, what to publish, and which keywords and angles to anchor your ads around.
To do that, we built an AI workflow in Hyper—powered by AI agents for marketing—that listens to those conversations across Reddit, finds the ones that are spiking in engagement and repeating across threads, and then checks which of those themes match search terms where volume is starting to climb while CPCs are still low. The result is a set of early, real opportunities you can move on first—for content marketing (blogs, YouTube, Reddit posts, other communities) and paid ads—before everyone else realizes they're there.
How It Works
The workflow starts by scanning Reddit to map what people are actively talking about, and uses those signals to surface keywords that are beginning to trend in search data. You provide a website URL and any product context you want it to consider. The first agent scrapes your site, identifies your ICP, positioning, core problem spaces, and target themes, and uses that to guide the Reddit scan so it only returns conversations that actually matter to your business.
It then looks at Reddit activity over the last 60, 30, 14, and 7 days and focuses only on conversations showing clear traction—threads with upvotes, comments, saves, recurring questions, or patterns appearing across multiple subreddits. It's specifically checking for things like: people describing real problems, asking how to fix something, searching for alternatives, asking for "best tools for X", comparing products, sharing what's working in their stack, and talking through emerging trends around AI marketing tools, AI PPC optimization, and AI ads automation.
Once the strongest patterns are found, they're run through Hyper's built-in SEO data layer—the kind of SEO data you'd normally pay thousands a month for in Semrush, included as a native feature in Hyper. Each theme is mapped into keyword candidates and evaluated on:
- current search volume
- difficulty
- CPC
- how volume has shifted over the last 60 / 30 / 14 / 7 days (with extra weight on the most recent window)
The workflow prioritizes keywords where search volume is rising but CPC is still low. That usually signals early forming demand: people are searching more aggressively, but advertisers haven't piled in yet. That's where you move first.
From there, the workflow splits into two roles.
1. Organic Content Strategy – Agent
The Organic Content Strategy agent takes the top 15 rising keywords and distributes them across five deep SEO briefs (15 keywords total, 5 briefs total). Each brief is designed to support your AI content strategy and includes:
- a primary keyword
- secondary keywords
- why the topic is heating up (Reddit engagement + search volume shifts)
- an outline designed to rank for all included keywords
- internal linking guidance
- product placement guidance
- a content-generation prompt that forces coverage of every assigned keyword
It also outputs:
- recommended Reddit participation angles (post types, answers, insights, guides)
- social content ideas based on the same signals
- a publishing order based on which keywords are moving fastest
The goal on the organic side is simple: publish into rising search intent before competitors realize the demand exists.
2. Paid Ads Strategy – Agent
The Paid Ads Strategy agent takes the same keyword list and identifies which ones should be tested with paid traffic based on:
- rising search volume
- commercial phrasing
- low CPC relative to demand
- clear arbitrage (high interest, low ad competition)
It then recommends:
- campaign structure
- match types
- which keywords are high priority
- where to start bids
- what landing pages or content to pair with them
- how to iterate quickly based on early performance
Because this runs in Hyper, the Paid Strategist agent can also be granted access to the Google Ads tool (as well as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn) to begin building AI marketing automation campaigns and placing bids automatically. If the workflow spots strong early demand signals, it can start spinning up ad groups immediately—before the CPC curve rises.
From Signal to Action
It's a direct line from Reddit conversation patterns → rising search intent → content briefs → paid targeting decisions → (optionally) live campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
Everything is grounded in what people are actually talking about, and what's beginning to show movement in search—not what's already saturated.
Publish and bid while the curve is forming, not after it peaks.
